Anthropic adds Simplified and Traditional Chinese language options to Claude chatbot

Anthropic has added simplified and traditional Chinese as on-screen language options in Claude's web interface in supported markets. The company continues to block users in mainland China, and China briefly appeared as a billing country option before disappearing from settings, according to checks by the South China Morning Post.
