Micron's Quarterly Results Show How Lucrative HBM4 Memory Has Become

Micron reported fiscal Q4 revenue of $54.23 billion, up 4.8X year on year, with net income of $37.7 billion. Its Cloud Memory unit, dominated by HBM, posted $16.28 billion in sales at an 83 percent gross margin.
