Cursor's Rollouts detects deployment regressions and launches cloud agent fixes

Cursor introduced Rollouts, a tool that writes a monitoring plan and watches changes as they deploy to catch regressions before users see them. When Rollouts detects a regression, it identifies the offending PR and opens an issue, and one click starts a cloud agent to fix it. Rollouts usage credits are included through Oct 3.
