Apollo and banks in talks to finance SpaceX's $40 billion Nvidia GPU purchase

Apollo Capital Management and several banks are in talks to help SpaceX finance a $40 billion purchase of Nvidia GPUs, according to a person familiar with the discussions. The deal would rely mainly on investment-grade debt, with GPUs likely serving as collateral. SpaceX raised $25 billion in bonds in mid-June, weeks after its IPO.
