Yuchen Jin suggests open-source model endpoints with ultra-fast speed tiers

Yuchen Jin notes a pricing tradeoff: a Fast tier at 2x speed for 2x price and an Ultrafast tier at 8x speed for 6x price. He proposes rolling out an even faster "Ultra-ultrafast" endpoint for open-source models.
