Claude Code's prompt-audit command renamed from /claude-api to /checkup

Anthropic's Lydia Hallie says the prompt-audit command is now also available as /checkup, replacing the API-specific name that suggested it only worked with the API. The command checks CLAUDE.md, skills, and agents for instructions the model no longer needs, and it has always worked on Claude Code setups.
