LlamaIndex finds higher cost doesn't guarantee better document extraction accuracy

LlamaIndex evaluated 14 frontier systems across 370 enterprise documents, plotting accuracy against cost per page. Its key finding is that higher cost does not equal better extraction, with Agentic Plus achieving the highest accuracy at under one-third the cost of the runner-up.
