Sierra Joins OpenAI Marketplace as Launch Partner for Enterprise Agents

Sierra is a launch partner in OpenAI's new marketplace, letting eligible customers build Sierra agents using their existing OpenAI commitments. The company says almost 50% of the Fortune 50 work with it, and it positions its pricing around outcomes such as closed sales and retained customers rather than tokens.
