PaddleOCR 3.5 adds Hugging Face Transformers as inference backend

PaddleOCR 3.5 now supports Hugging Face Transformers as an inference backend, letting users run PP-OCRv5 and PaddleOCR-VL 1.5 models directly within the Transformers ecosystem.
