Microsoft Copilot outlines its approach to enterprise AI for work

Microsoft's Jared Spataro, Chief Marketing Officer for AI at Work, published a letter describing how Microsoft is building AI for businesses.

The post says the goal is to help teams find answers in company data, develop ideas, and build agents around their own workflows, rather than focusing on whichever model is leading at the moment.

It also emphasizes embedding AI in the apps businesses already use.
